Been told the kit reveals will be at Owls in the Park on the 29th and there'll be pop up shops onsite selling them. 

Wonder how many will be walking round the park in the Dhgate shirts before the 'reveal' though

Based on what? Rohl has rewarded those who did Well for him with new deals but with enough scope to improve with the spaces in the squad.

I’m starting to wonder if Ugbo may be too expensive for us. He’d be no1 target if we had any chance though.

I think we’d need two cms, a striker in addition to Ugbo if he arrived, and at least one attacking mid/winger type if we are looking at the 343 formation again. That’s assuming Bernard and Windass stay. If not then we need to replace them too.

Kevin Beadell took him to Cardiff on loan a couple of seasons ago where he scored 8 in 13 to save them from relegation. 

Cardiff wanted him to stay but he wanted higher football so signed for Las Palmas but he's bombed in La Liga. Couldn't settle and the team wasn't set up for him.

Kaba and Ugbo not hugely different really albeit Kaba might be a more traditional lead the line type. If we ended up with both then  what a huge step forward that would be

Windass situation needs resolving quickly, as has been alluded to. We were 'linked' before he went to Ipswich but it was whether we could gamble on someone from lower down being productive enough to keep us up. 

He's looked 'busy' when he's had his chances at Ipswich. If he's coming in on loan then he'd be an upgrade on Wilks.

Sounds like I was being generous, although he seemed to get a freak injury last year. I hope!

Ingelsson has played for some good clubs and if nothing else looks like a physical and hard working midfield player that gets up and down. We have sorely missed that so whilst based on limited knowledge it’s a thumbs up from me. Particularly if he’s free and 26.

I’d heard talk of a recently relegated Bundesliga player coming in earlier this week but I couldn’t work out who it was, turns out I was trying to narrow it down in the league above rather than looking at bundesliga 2 🤦🏼‍♂️

 

Does sound like it was a rohl suggestion and one that was nailed on so hopefully that’s the case.

In all honesty I don't know. Set off ok on loan at Stevenage. He was busy and productive but he didn't seem to get the physicality of League 1 and he's dumped after 4 games by Evans and doesn't even make matchday squads until Man Utd recall him in Jan and stick him back in PL2 where he has a bit of a confidence drop in there as well. You could say if he couldn't force himself onto at least Stevenage's then is there an 'adult' player in there but I think Stevenage was the wrong move full stop and Evans realised that but couldn't get rid til Jan. McNeill did ok at Newport and actually grew with the game time he got.

He's not the same type of forward as Bailey so I wouldn't be bothered about him taking time away. He wears 9 for Utd's reserves but plays more like a 10. Likes to come short,pick up, then flick a pass on and move for the return. He's quick and in kids football he's also quick footed and a quick thinker. He can see a pass but doesn't stop to admire it.

He was at Hillsborough when we had that partnership with Man Yoo and came alongside Mainoo. Sounds like Beadell sort of deal.

Lowe and the Swede having medicals tomorrow I’m told.

Same source also says both derbies will be Sunday’s at 12.30.

no idea if true as he’s dibble.

Not a chance the derby at theirs will be 12.30 on Remembrance Sunday
