  1. Attention seeking? He was just doing his job. Definite red cards (player, manager and the other one). Definite penalty. Seemed to be relatively on top of a lot of the diving as well. Hope he got home safely!
  2. Bannan's not even bigger than a skirting board, let alone the Club.
  3. I suspect it's due to a mixture of: 1. It's the 35th anniversary. Years ending 0 and 5 are generally more talked about than others; 2. Nottingham Forest have recently mentioned they may install some kind of memorial (possibly prompted by the guff on the BBC website last week); and 3. Liverpool lost yesterday (and Thursday), so their disaster richter scale has been ramped up even higher than it would be at this time of year.
  4. Considering we were 4 pts behind the Pigs in 2011/12 with just 3 games left, I can't see how anyone could possibly give up on 2023/24 at this stage. Granted in that particular season we were up the top end of the table and, therefore, more likely to gain positive results. However, come on to fuck. What's with all the wishy-washy, white flag waving attitudes nowadays? Are folk really that desperate to be noticed on social media?
  5. Aye, Rangers chucked it at Ross County as well. City and Celtic in control of their respective title races. Yawn 🥱
  6. Not necessarily Mr MK... Greater parity in the number of times that clubs are selected for TV coverage is also guaranteed.
  7. Not sure that's right Mr cheat? Crawley in 7th - 65 pts. Morecambe - were 60 (5 behind), now 57 pts. 🙂
  8. It's not exactly going to hurt them, is it? Prior to the deduction, they were 5 points behind the play-off places with only 3 matches left and a woeful goal difference. No chance of relegation either.
  9. Let's not forget, this is the Championship. It's unpredictable as fuck. The dyslexic Rangers probably thought they were on a good thing last Saturday (we certainly thought we were on a bad thing!). Back to back wins over Easter and playing at home to a Wednesday side with 1 point from their last 4. It's that which makes Stoke more dangerous on Saturday than potentially otherwise. A 3-0 defeat can be a blessing or a curse. There's no way of knowing 'til around 54 hours from now. And the inconsistent nature of results across the board should be ample enough warning for any player or supporter. Interesting times ahead...
  10. Man City haven't done anything wrong though. Honest 😇
  11. We do need someone to put Chair in the stand alongside all the other seats.
  12. Looks like Josh Sargent is a fully fledged member of the Anthony Gordon Fan Club. What a cheating bastard.
  13. Dear Sky, TNT, BBC, etc It's "Man of the Match", not "Player of the Match". We're watching mens football, not players football. There are no trees, cashline machines or even women on the pitch, just men. Sort yourselves out. Fucking dafties.
  14. As usual, the professionally offended in society have dived in, feet first, and interpreted third party comments to suit their narrative. Personally speaking, I grew up in what the media describe as a 'rough Council estate' (Wester Hailes). I loved it there. Taught me so much about life. Thankfully, I was never in a gang - when you're built like the gable end of a crisp, you don't really pose much of a threat to anyone - but I could probably have gotten in with the wrong crowd if things had been different. From there, who knows what path my life would've taken. Therefore, on the face of the evidence provided, I can concur with the chap's innocent comments. Kick it Out et al not doing themselves any favours here.
  15. I remember Rudi Vata from his Celtic days. Knew Rocco was dodging soap through yonder but can't say I've seen him play.
  16. In that case, no further reduction available on appeal should be allowed. Might as well just let them off with it. "Guilty your honour." "Thank you for your honesty. Have a couple of hours community service."
  17. But they knew the 'deadline' for compliance and chose to deliberately ignore it in favour of a greater fee received later. A good decision from a financial perspective. However, they're also admitting they couldn't give a fuck about the rules (whether we agree with them or not is irrelevant). Did they not fancy a firesale of any of the other 463 players on their books? This is nothing short of a piss take. 4 miserable points? If that was us, we'd probably get kicked out of the league 😯
  18. I would've done the same. The ball boy knew what he was doing. "Respect your elders", I was always taught. That doesn't include being a deliberately cheeky little fuck because it suits. "The boy's upset", said Gary O'Neil. Well, tough shit, actions have consequences. Suck it up and sort your behaviour in future. I blame the parents.
  19. Perhaps the 1867 group should become Tottenham fans...
  20. Nothing Beadle wasn't guilty of, especially at 1-0. I remember a goal kick which took at least 30 seconds. How the fuck he got away without a yellow, I'll never know. Not to mention his strategic injury immediately after the subs. Second home game in a row for that one. No point in moaning about other goalkeepers when ours is just as bad. All hail game management... Keep the game flowing. Up to us to be alive to it
  21. Has anyone seen Brian McClair recently? What a fucking ticket. I don't know how to upload pics on here but if you Google him, you'll see what I mean!
  22. Back to back away wins with clean sheets thrown in for good measure. Well done Wednesday 🙂
  23. I remember that now you mention it. He's been giving off some very strange behaviour recently. Pressure of a title race must be getting to him!
