  1. I'd imagine that will be brilliant.
  2. Saw The Charlatans at the Octagon tonight having last seen them there 32 years ago, Burgess sounds great still and the band were on top form, good selection of songs, really enjoyed this.
  3. At what stage do we start attaching some blame to Rohl (puts tin hat on).
  4. The support was very odd indeed, like an avant garde Peter Andre tribute act.
  5. Probably very few heard it. I feel a bit shellshocked after todays game, I thought the obvious improvements under Rohl would come to fruition and we'd beat a bang average Millwall side, the first 20mins bore this out as our passing and movement was a joy to watch, the miss by Musaba was a turning point when Millwall went straight up the other end, won a corner and scored the easiest header you'll ever see, then the floodgates opened. I'm not sure now if Rohls the messiah or a very naughty boy but I do know that horrible recruitment in the summer (by who knows who) has killed us. L1 football next season I'm afraid.
  6. It's time for the singer and Hargreaves to cough up šŸ¤£
  7. I read about the incident on Saturday evening but never imagined it would lead to a fatality, absolutely tragic RIP to the guy and sympathy to Petgrave as he will be devastated.
  8. The game was a joy to watch, good atmosphere and always great to get one over Toytown (I think they were quietly confident after the Coventry result) a great attacking first half where we could have been out of sight (Iā€™m always a bit worried at 1-0 as we know what happens), Iā€™m not sure if Rovrum were so poor it made us look good but there has been an improvement in each game since Rohl took over, decent test at Brizzle up next.
  9. I've had a few run in's with him on social media for differeing opinions but was saddened when I read his Tweet yesterday, devastating new for him and his family and friends, I really feel for them and having just lost a very close relative to that horrible disease I know how they'll be feeling.
  10. It's not been a particularly happy hunting ground Vicarage Rd in the last few years but hoping the Rohl factor can get the "no wins" hoodoo off our backs.
  11. Imagine having to stick negatives like that in on the day a new manager is appointed ffs šŸ™„
  12. Saw New Order in Leeds last Saturday, a shame they parted ways with Peter Hook but still a great show and fantastic set list. Went to the Leadmill on Tuesday to watch the play New Dawn Fades which covers the story of Joy Division, really enjoyed it.
  13. Can I just stress that despite my post I DO NOT want that big nosed ham shanker as our manager, I'd rather go down.
  14. This is the bit that would worry me in this scenario.
  15. If Sepp Blatter was still in charge he'd be wanting to host a World Cup there. šŸ˜€
  16. He tried to imply you were racist if you criticised Moore on one thread.
  17. I'm quite pleased that DM is managing in the Championship as I'm pretty sure it will justify DC's decision not to bow to his demands, it will also send a few of his worshippers back under their stone (that loony from 'Stalk thinks he's our best ever manager).
  18. I was having quite a good Monday until I read this šŸ˜€ sadly it's the reality of the situation we are in and one I'm not confident we can get out of.
  19. Bookies odds in relation to managerial appointments mean absolutely zilch.
  20. Click bait has ruined journalism, they have to root out negatives and speculation as it generates nore traffic.
  21. Should stand him in good stead for working with DC.
  22. This is why using them as a barometer of someone managerial skills is nonsense.
  23. Sounds odd but I think win percentages are a poor stat to use, the fact Moore is up there in second confirms it.
