    I saw a double header of The Mission and The Cult at the O2 a few years ago, Hussey was great until he waved a Liverpool flag around at the end of the set and turned the mood, I didn't think Astbury's voice was great that night and he made a mess of She Sells Sanctuary disappointingly. Pulp at the Arena on Friday, can't wait.

    I didn't think the thread was about "all football matches" tbf. I could probably go and watch the local amateur dramatics societies version of Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning for 4 quid but it won't be the same as the Tom Cruise one.

    I can fully understand his mission to push people towards ST's but most people who want them will already have them, the rest of us who can't commit to a full season will be punished, this will have an effect moving forward when we have alienated potential future fans/ST holders.

    The Cineworld card in Sheffield is £16.99 a month, when you consider a ticket for the upcoming Mission Impossible film is nigh on 12 quid it's pretty good value, I'm a big film fan but not sure even I could find two films to watch every month, there's an uplift for IMAX, 4DX but I'm not sure by how much.

    The thing with this argument is you don't go to watch Bruce Springsteen every other week (or at all in my case) nor the cinema, they are special occasions that you do when you can afford them, football to some with the large investment of time required becomes part of your lifestyle.

    Its amazing how we used to be able to field strong sides in cup games with only two subs (one usually a goalie) and the players didn't turn into gibbering wrecks.

    That would suggest more that the prices were too high 18/19 than any justification. How many fans did the likes of Burnley, Fulham and Bournemouth have in the ground to be able to compete?

    It was A+ we never used Terry, the game against Villa was defo Cat A, I'm pretty sure there was at least one maybe two more during that season.

    Outrageous pricing and difficult to defend. If most games fall in the middle categories over £35 for a game is ludicrous. First game of the season was a Cat A last time he did this.

    DC put them up to something ridiculous like £95 when he first took over then dropped the price down after fans complained, £30 is about right 50 is on the steep side.

    I have bought memberships in the past and got my money's worth, it also gives you that added reassurance of getting a ticket for bigger games, was it 30 quid last season though? Allowing people to apply for them for the play off was a bit of a shameless cash grab to be fair.
