So not Oceana, South America or Africa then. There's also a big chunk of northern Europe/Russia that don't play football in winter either. They’re going to have to do something about scheduling and give teams extra time as playing on Saturday in Montevideo then Tuesday in Rabat doesn’t seem fair.
