  1. Whereas https://www.politico.eu/article/spain-not-racist-javier-tebas-say-football-boss-after-racist-attacks-vinicius-real-madrid/
  2. Well well BBC News - Row erupts over German football team switching supplier from Adidas to Nike https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-68634777
  3. Aye, but the commentary is gobbledygook. Viaplay sports 1 is where it's at.
  4. I read somewhere the other day that the Dutch team has no Ajax players in the squad whereas England did. Can't be arsed to fact check.
  5. I see the cross of St George on the back of the shirt has undergone a woke transformation
  6. I got lost at Wednesday being Liquidated. Why and when would that happen? Chansiri isn't going to lose his money any more than a supporter who buys his season ticket - cash, card or PayPal could. If HMRC, for example take, Wednesday to court and Chansiri ain't got the cash available to pay the debt, he simply mortgages the ground, or sells it. Oh and by Christ, the real fun and games will start at 1867
  7. Oh, can you imagine the noise if it was called the Chansiri North Stand?
  8. @Jake see, this is how you can put the same statement out but in a coherent and professional manner and not come across as the Judean People's Front. It's irrelevant if I believe this but it's certainly a better proposition than the passive, aggressive statement that was put out. Bugger all to do with grammar police, it's to do with marketing and PR. You know, PR you say DC needs help with.
  9. well, it's a damn sight more credible than the statement is as mine is articulate, to the point and clearly identifies what needs to be done to correct the situation. I see @Andyben has given the same response that I would give and so I await to read it.
  10. Which one of the idiots asked their nine year old to write that statement? The grammar is truly atrocious with commas in places commas don't belong. It makes it heavy reading and incomprehensible on the first read through. Then there's the content. So many questions contained within it without them being laid out properly or in any sort of logical order of subject matter. We are then informed that they themselves don't know the answers but, but, but, just sell up please because it's really that simple. It's like selling houses, you advertise, show half a dozen prospective purchases around and accept the best offer. Or you think, bollocks to that, its worth a lot more than some chancer is offering and so you bide your time. I'm no happy clapper, it's called reality. On a side note. They also acknowledge that they're not everyone's cup of tea and whilst I don't condone violence towards them, they need to consider their strategy going forward as I suspect the more they protest, the more they'll alienate the more considered fans.
