The Posh thread....Peterborough at home match thread

Tough one this.

They are not a great side away from home. But they do have a fair amount of attacking talent and score goals.

If we score early, we could thump them. Especially if we do a bit of keep ball.

I watched the highlights back form the game at theirs the other day.

Marriot and Clarke-Harris and one other lad were decent that night for them but the sending off was what won that game for them. However we had a fairly strong defence playing that night but ultimately I think it was pretty nailed on they’d score eventually.

So, assuming we keep 11 on the pitch I feel we will win mainly because like many games this season we won’t concede and if we do it won’t be more than one - tempting fate after we conceded two at home last time!

I fancy Windass to score a couple. When we played them at theirs we had a Gregory and Pato strike force.

You quoted me using the word "asses", you have no standing either.

Whatever that means...

It means shut the fuck up slagging off clubs you have no clue about.

how "posh" of you...?

So because I don't like the nickname, or you for that matter, you feel the need to attack me?

And ask me if I need to shoot up a school?

Wow.

Anyway on topic, Posh seem to be the only side we've faced who have worked us out, they are a danger when attacking so hoping we get an early goal in the second half to stretch them on the break.

Not the dullest of first halfs despite the scoreline.

They can sense a red card for us with these officials. Byers in particular has been wound up a few times, which may continue 2nd half.

Glad Moore has them in at half time to calm them down at 0-0.
