I have it on good authority that the deals we’re agreed but as the players were about to sign, Chansiri (dressed as a cowboy) burst into the room, affected a commando roll, whipped two cap guns from their holsters and shouted “I want £250k or the deal’s off! And you Gregory, you can rot in the reserves.” He then turned and rode from the room on an imaginary horse and could be heard singing “we’ve got no cash, no fucking cash, I just don’t think you understand” as he headed down the corridor.

If we stay up it makes a huge difference. The players and management team will feel amazing after that achievement. The fans will be behind the club and if we avoid relegation in a home game, the place will be rocking. Everyone would go into the summer in a positive mood and Rohl (supported by DC) would have a summer window to stamp himself all over the club. I think at that point he’d be able to convince people that next season we’d me aiming for the playoffs. All of the above would help us keep players like Bernard and sign players that in January wouldn’t have been interested.

Having watched Michael McIntyre where he woke up Bradley Walsh recently, I can confirm this.

Nothing but best wishes for the guy. Some great memories, he cared about the club and will be remembered fondly. Also good to see we’re being decisive and fair with those that Rohl doesn’t see as being in his plans long term.
