  1. Good news for us in the armchair supporters club
  2. Well 2 weeks to work on the next question, but I fancy the "is Palmer not in the squad as you've seen he is a bit shit"
  3. Like passing the ball out to Bannan who wasn't looking - because that was the catalyst. Poor decision making by the players. We give loads of free kicks away around the area, is that because of the refs or more the opposition have got through our non existent midfield and then the defenders go into the challenge all wrong ?
  4. The more time you spend on here the more you will realise how good we are
  5. He was a terrible head coach - I admire your continuing defence of him but you ain't going to convince anyone on here that their eyes were deceiving them
  6. Did they misquote him. Not seen any retraction on that or the Club dismissing the story. I think the fact it got picked up by the Thai media was a pivotal moment
  7. You can't conclude that one decision not arising would have lead to a different result in the end. If Boro had not scored then, it may have been 10 minutes later because they would have exerted greater pressure until they did equalise. The confidence was shattered because of the poor preparation of the players, the shit awful tactics and stupid selections all the responsibility of Xisco
  8. I mean I don't buy the conspiracy theories but that was definitely one game where it was played out in front of you. Wasn't it like 20 : 1 on the fouls given
  9. I do sort of understand the decision on Saturday, the ref gets one view, probably both him and the lino looking more if it's a penalty. Did they see the full picture of where the other players are. The penalty at Cardiff, it was soft but thought it was daft by Valentin over anything else But I always see it more decisions tend to favour those at the top than bottom
  10. Great only 2 hours and a bit to wait
  11. Tbh not arguing that point, my point was more it was trending yet again.
  12. Tragedy chanting at yesterday's game apparently. Old spit the dog Carragher heard it.
  13. Depressing to see #Hillsborough trending again because the Luton fans were singing shite
  14. What we need to do is to have made up the points gap by 30 games gone or near as damn it. I just think if you can drag a lot other sides into it the better and also give you a 2nd chance should you hit another bad run Will we, the lack of a proper Championship standard striker I worry will be telling
  15. Buckley seems a tad lacking in physicality - be a good option in a side that dominates possession which we aren't. There are still times, evident in the early part of yesterday's game where the gaps in our midfield are easy to exploit. Not saying the missing Diaby is the solution but he did look like he could be
  16. On reflection it was a pretty decent performance and unlucky not to get a point. A few weeks ago that sending off would have been the trigger for a total collapse. Still annoyed that Dawson chose the option for a short pass. If you re-visit it then it wasn't from a goal kick, it was from the touchline to him and there were 3 Bristol City players lurking. A 70 yard up the field moment. I do think what will cost us this season is the lack of quality in the final third
  17. We need VAR to clear up this subjective matter once and for all. Oh wait
  18. Nice memory that one Chelts. Did your Dad suddenly find his work contacts no longer phoned. I always hate to ask is your Dad still flying the flag or tutting from up on high.
