    I think it refers to the quality of the chances a team has had, and how many of those they should be expected to take. There’s so much subjectivity and variables involved though such as performance of the opposition goalkeeper that it makes it irrelevant for me.

    Thierry Henry for me, absolutely loved how easy he made the game look. Everybody knew what he was going to do and nobody could stop him doing it. Loved watching that Man United team late 90’s/early 00’s too.

    What a day yesterday, in previous years we’ve sat on Western Terrace, or at least somewhere along that stand, but moved in to The Howard Stand yesterday. What a view from there and particularly from the concourse which looks straight on to the pitch rather than being bricked up or filled with boxes. Superb effort from Bairstow and Overton yesterday afternoon and again this morning.

    Windass has posted that picture. Wilks has replied “they aren’t ready”, presumably referring to League 1 defenders? Windass has replied to that comment with “👀👀” All supposition, who knows what any of it means, but think some people are reading in to it that Windass and Wilks know something the rest of us don’t (that Wilks has signed). Millennials eh?

    It had, subject to them making suitable improvements. I think it was middle of February when they decided they would keep it at Headingley.

    Don’t like it. Removes the jeopardy of making subs, puts less importance on team selection, and most importantly will just about put a stop to one of my favourite parts of the game, outfielders in goal.

    Never been to Trent Brodge, but it is one I’d like to get to. Going to second day at Headingley - might see a result 😄

    He came on as a sub in the first game back after the expiry of his contract and went back off injured within a minute or so I think.
