    Got to disagree mate. End of last season I fancied us for going straight through to League 2, there was simply too big a job to do I thought. However, not only has he built a very good squad at this level, he’s managed to get results when at times that squad has been on its knees. The mentality of the squad, the performances and the results have got better and better as the season has gone on. Even if we don’t go up this year, we’ve got solid foundations to go on and win the league next year.

    Though he never took them regularly, I seem to think Nuhiu had a good record with them when he did take one.

    No lose situation for him. All goes wrong, it’s the owners fault. Somehow does well, he’s a hero. Eventually a nice pay out before they replace him with John Sheridan.

    I think it only came in to play this summer, and clubs have to pay it all in one go rather than in instalments as they usually do.

    Looked brilliant on debut in the FA Cup at Bristol City, awful ever since. Also, Mark Reynolds, remember him and Morrison as two parts of a three at the back at Rochdale away, can’t remember who the other was but not sure Morrison or Reynolds stuck around for much longer after that.

    Jacques Maghoma, sort of player if you only saw him once you’d say he was a brilliant player having an off day. Made the wrong decision every single time. Made it worse that he seemed to have a reasonably enough spell at Birmingham after us.

    My lasting memory of Coughlan is him taking a nasty blow to the head at a home game, think it was an evening match. Went off for treatment, stumbled about a bit and tried to come back on but was all over the shop, had to be dragged off - he was all for carrying on.

    I thought that either a relative of his used to post on here, or a relative of another Norwich youth player in the same age group and they were saying to keep an eye out for Godfrey. There’s every chance I’ve made the whole thing up as well.
