2022/23 kit thread…

Recommended Posts

I might be wrong, but I think the first Coventry shirt with the “T” design but no “Talbot” was an attempt to get around the ban on shirt sponsorship. Another example of Jimmy Hill’s thinking being way ahead of his time.

And Talbot wasn’t British Leyland. History in Hillman, then Chrysler, then a short time as Talbot before Peugeot took over and eventually shut them down.

Not shirt/shorts related, however.... Diadora have released these. In honour of the man who loved to be offside, Pippo Inzaghi

Having just bought a pair of retro Borg Elites those boots are a thing of beauty.

Everyone is having a naff pink away kit these days it seems.

Why were Port Vale wearing white and gold in the playoff final too? Cringe

Their home kit has been that colour all season.

Armenia (h) & (a)

The two lads in red look like they wouldn't be happy with the lad in white wearing 'their' kit.

They're wearing Macron. Where's ours?

Shocking DC (n'dat)

If you swapped the red for blue in all 3 of those kits I think they’d look top notch.

As long as you switched the blue and white around so it was centre blue and blue sleeves
