Sorry for the lack of updates, currently traveling home after visiting family.

England 237 all out - Stokes rescued us yet again with a superb 80 before being caught.

Australia have just started their end innings & Broad has Warner caught for 1.

Australia 15/1 & lead England by 41 runs.

Only the 3rd test and it's already on a par with 2005 for drama. Still enjoyable to watch even though our chances of getting anything out of the series are slim. I always think modern players in any sport have it a little bit easier and get a bit more attention than any of their predecessors ever had. But fuck me Stokes has got to be up there with the all time greats

Ali is next to go for 5, bowled by Starc leaving England 60/2.

Root at the crease with Crawley & England have moved onto 75/2

England require a further 176 runs to win with 8 wickets remaining.......

93/3

Crawley goes for 44 - bowled Marsh caught Carey.

England still require 158 runs to win with 7 wickets remaining.

Brook joins Root at the crease, need these 2 Yorkies to put on a decent partnership here......

Bit late......intact very late.....but.....

ENGLAND WIN!!!

England beat Australia in the 3rd Ashes Test at Headingley by 3 wickets, a superb knock of 75 by Brook & vital contributions by Crawley 44 & Woakes 32no led England to victory.

The 4th Ashes Test begins on Wednesday 19th July at Old Trafford.

What will be intresting is, if Jimmy Anderson gets a recall at his home ground or if England will go with the same attack that helped England skittle Australia out in the 1st innings for 263 & the 2nd innings for 224.
