The back road to Ecclesfield.  Isn't there a river down there, too?  Presumably smaller.

The point is every site, including Hillsborough, as various pros and cons to it 

I suspect the cost of upgrading the stadium wouldn't be that much cheaper to building a new one. Notwithstanding that you can keep playing at one whilst building the new one. One of the fundamental issues is that the past upgrades of the stands have been a bit of a dogs dinner.

Joe CapCrann has suggested a 33k attendance so allowing for the crows nest reduction of 1,400 from 39,800 that is 5,400 under capacity,  2.9k of those in the Lep.
