    I tried that line of reasoning but it seems that some people can’t acknowledge DC in a positive light.Anything good is pure luck and any bad news is his fault and poor judgement.

    Well these sort of articles in the media seem to crop up quite frequently these days.I was trying to make a general point that people who ought to know better still fall into the same trap.If anyone says anything remotely contentious it will be jumped on by someone and dissected.

    There are other ways to make a living legitimately,even for members of society from poorer areas. These people talk like it’s a choice between football or drug dealing.

    I can’t understand why anyone would pay that price for a shirt,regardless of the flag aspect. It’s a distraction from the rip off price and good publicity at the same time.There’s plenty of people out there who don’t give a toss about our heritage,sadly. TOFFS make good quality shirts,in this country,for half the price of those shirts.

    He would have had a limited pre season though. I’m not denying Munoz was bad ,but even he must have put some fitness into the players before Rohl took charge.

    I think we mostly agree with that. The point I’m trying to make is if Röhl had been appointed at the start of the season it could be Munoz or someone similar who would be in charge now.

    Whoever came after Moore was on a hiding to nothing without an exceptional run of results.That was never going to happen in the circumstances.If we stay up,Munoz will have served his purpose.

    I think these players know what they’re doing and what sort of response they’re likely to get.It’s only one person doing the provoking but at a large crowd,the balance of probability is you will draw one moron out who will react inappropriately. A football crowd is a cross section of society with every range of intelligence and temperament.

    Re. Season tickets I have been late this year and usually renew in the first phase.Friday evening I called in the shop to see what method i could use to renew.In the club shop it is cash or cheque only.No debit or credit cards.Being a bit of a technophobe I have never used PayPal so I’m going back with cash.The lady very kindly made a note to honour the price at the last phase which ended at 8pm that night. And Jake,you don’t have a right to speak with anyone who doesn’t want to open a dialogue with you.

    A very valid point.The money promotion to the premium league generates could have seen some development of the stadium. Then again,he may have plans to eventually move to a new site and doesn’t want to spend any more than he has to on a place he wants to leave.

    On my part it was just a play on his name.I would like him to recover fully but also a bit wiser for his actions.
