Tank_Owl2,0
Next they'll be introducing quarters and having a draft. Just another way of the existing Prem clubs making it harder for any Championship clubs to stay up
HoylandOwl
A draft? Thought it was cold, hope they shut the bloody door, it's freezing
M42Owl
Another ten years and the entire squad will be available: 11 staters and 14 more on the bench. Like for internationals. Ten more and it’ll be rolling substitutes. Bring on the special teams for a corner…

Tylluan
It's an IFAB mandate so the PL is just falling in line with the rest of Europe. It's the same with the slight tweak to their transfer window. It also now falls in line with the other European leagues. The EFL may fall in line as several Championship clubs are pushing for an increase in subs
Skamp
It's also being mooted that PL refs train with the clubs so that they get to know the players better. That'll be nice. Can you imagine us drawing Manchester United at home in the cup and the ref goes round handing party invites out to their players as they line up. Tylluan
Refs have been training with clubs for ages, especially pre season. Ross Joyce, who did our game against Accrington, did pre-season at Middlesbrough while Warnock was there and reffed their friendlies Edited March 31, 2022 by Tylluan
