    Two scenarios. The players on the pitch simply not good enough on the day in terms of ability and attitude added by poor team management. The best available players should always start until promotion is assured. I am not sure that was the case today. How many highly paid occupations do you "rest" people for better future performance? Hopefully, reality will have sunk in and we can get back on track.

    Yes I believe Catterick was in charge then, when he went Everton he made them champions after coming back for Kay. Kay has his own coffee bar/cafe in Southport where he still puts a shift in despite being in his mid 80s.

    We never won the League under Don but when we were second to Spurs in their double year we lost a major game at White Hart Lane 2-1 and at a key point we had a good goal disallowed. Kay won the league at Everton. When Kay was suspended for life from football Everton tried to sue us for the transfer fee but failed.

    The irony is that the Linemarker situation has diverted attention away from the simmering cesspit of Sue Grey and Starshite manipulation of civil service and political agendas.

    One away match at Burnley (who for some insane reason hate Sheffield clubs) saw a group of our fans stop off at a WMC in Colne (?) for some refreshments. A mob of Burnley bastards invaded the club and attacked everyone . I think there were about 30 arrested and the youngest was in his early 40s.

    With a referee, 2 assistant referees and a 4th official how can you accept as evidence any video footage from a fans mobile ( obviously not impartial ) or any other material that the official 4 missed at the time ? It is showing a complete lack of faith on your part in your officials, that is our right because we see some right dodgy stuff in League 1

    This should be challenged. No precedent for it. Not mentioned in laws of the game. It is an offence though to film live action at a game without prior proven permission so condoning a crime using it

    Re Bolton. 10 goals in 2 games is very impressive. Take those goals away and goals for is not great. The top two don't have the same pressure as the chasers. However, we are Wednesday.
