All season we have struggled with these 3 game weeks. It starts with Moore changing the line ups. I fully appreciate why he does it, the logic of it, but frankly it seems to have an adverse effect on our performance than a positive one. We also have failed to come up with a productive plan to re think game strategy during games. Particularly where sides are just looking to stop our game. That is when you need a Nuhiu type character. You go longer to stretch the game. You can't also help think that the soft mental underbelly within the players is still prevelant a bit. Tuesday is a huge game

Like anything these sort of deals either end up being a launch pad to success or an absolute disaster. Clearly if you get it right there is money to be made, status as an owner. Pressure is a strange thing. That game was a classic where the danger was in the heads of our players, though definitely seeded by Tinkerman Moore in the first place. Plenty of other teams getting the yips around us, so those 3 points were vital. The early misses seemed to vaporise the confidence. It certainly did on the crowd and there was a degree of anxiety. I think it was on 75 minutes or so there was a silence, you could hear the players shouting. There was then we need to help here whilst frankly shitting ourselves, given the other scores were known. I still think Moore got away with those changes - that could have really backfired on him
