I never thought of that, Hull and Coventry away are two difficult games, I can't see them winning both, could quite easily lose both. -
At least we now know Ipswich will definitely have something to play for on last day v Huddersfield. Had Leeds already secured promotion they might have rested players with play offs in mind.

I remember it well that day, previous Saturday we had lost 8-0 at Boro and left us needing a win on last day or we would probably be going down, towards end of game and other results weren't going for us and we was getting a bit desperate until Ken Knighton popped up with a goal. Massive pitch invasion after final whistle.

If we win 13-0 and Huddersfield win 1-0 they would have to turn around a 10 goal margin on last day. I'd call it we're safe. 😁

A good night for listening to football on radio at work last night, Liverpool losing and pigs conceding 3 goals after being 2-1 at Man U, some of pig fans at work were actually believing that they were going to win and were full of it. 🤣 After game they were saying how well they played and Man U were lucky, after seeing match stats and watching MOTD this morning it could quite easily have been a 10-2 defeat. When they won 4-2 at Hillsborough a few years ago they claimed it was a massacre so I suppose last night was too. 😁

Unbelievable run, they were 3rd to bottom around Christmas and needed a last minute goal to get a point at Sutton to stop em sinking into deeper trouble. More unnoticed Bradford City have also been on a good run and could get the 7th place play off spot if they beat Newport at home last day and Crawley and Barrow fail to win.

Or it could play out with DR staying and building a side that's challenging for promotion next season and those that were staying away because of DC are suddenly struggling to get tickets for home games as well the away games. 😁 UTO

I've a feeling that Plymouth might end up going down, Millwall away on Saturday who are playing very well and will want to complete there home games on a high and then following weekend Plymouth are at home to Hull who are a decent side, Plymouth fans celebrated the win over Leicester as though it was job done but I think they will go into last game needing a win to guarantee survival.

Two good results for us with Birmingham drawing and Huddersfield getting hammered, a win tomorrow and we are in driving seat. Huddersfield v Birmingham next weekend where a draw would probably be best result for us, if there's a winner from that game then maybe Huddersfield would be ok with them having to travel to Ipswich on last day.

I couldn't work out why he was still on pitch after second yellow, I think he was a little confused him sen. Bit if a wind up merchant Martinez, he was receiving stick from Lille fans right from start, I'm not sure why, maybe being Argentina or something went off in first leg.

Another English club heading out of Europe, Villa trailing 2-0, they have been poor, especially first half. All 5 could be out by end of tonight.
