Barca prices are over £100 if you just rock on the day - with cheaper ones being snapped up a lot earlier.
I have to assume Fulham have a large season ticket base currently and it’s new stands has a capacity that not fully realised by that base. The spare capacity for these types of games probably geared to snapping up tourists keen to watch the opposition more or catch a PL game.. or the away fan who doesn’t have the away points to get a ticket then is that amount a lot if it’s a one off event - probably not. Fulham one the friendliest away days let’s be honest with their neutral stand. -
Reintroduction of Standing could be a silver bullet for Chansiri .. redesigning the Lep for example but with safe standing (insensitive ?? Maybe but if Liverpool let standing back don’t see why we couldn’t) could be hugely accelerated alongside improved exits.

I get these tables etc
of course love it when we’re top of them as well lol
but right now .. the absolute lack of negativity around the club, despite what happened end of last season …. This article just needs to be ignored and not debated and old mistakes not takes up with just over ninety away for the biggest season in just over half a decade.

Seeing the scoreboard saying 5-1 to England at the end of the match in Munich!
Another fun away day that one! Going mental this time in proper end.
As game went more Germans left and locked of England fans all over home were left lol

Semi final goal in Moscow when we went 1 up .. great fun especially as I was in the middle of the Croatia fans at that end jumping for joy at the time! Lol

TBH Skamp, I'd no major beef with Reach. When he first came I thought he was decent, not a world beater but relatively reliable and one player I'd rather US have than others.
Was available for 95% of all matches played whilst at the club for 4 years! Whilst all those around him were injured .. very reliable! Sadly got played when he really did need a break to rediscover form!

Heneghan:
Strengths: his towering 6ft 4ins presence makes him a serious threat in both boxes. I don’t think it was a surprise at all to see Ben make the most clearances in the division last season, either.
I would also say he reads the game well. He’s undoubtedly in the prime of his career at 28, and I wouldn’t say he makes noticeable mistakes.
Weaknesses: distribution and playing out from the back. He isn’t necessarily bad at it either, but it’s not an area of his game that he should be judged on. His key art is defending.

French police use pepper spray as their first go to reaction to crowd build up or when tension get Hugh - it’s just what they do. You get used to the spray eventually - don’t use water that doesn’t help!
I have zero doubt people had fake tickets likewise I have zero doubt people tried it without and zero doubt some succeeded both scouser and locals!
It happens!! Always as always will - big or small games … oh except for 1989 of course.I have no doubt they were a little bit of poor organisation at play stoked up by fear / misreading of situations. I have zero doubt some poor soles queued whilst others pushed in ahead.
I have seen stupid ticket checks cause issue at big games and actually a bit of aggression fans can resolve bureaucratic indecision that creates these issues. (Chicken/Egg maybe)

The Owls can confirm our player retention list following the conclusion of the 2021/22 season.
Saido Berahino, Chey Dunkley and Sam Hutchinson will be released upon the expiry of their current contracts, while the club have exercised an option to retain Marvin Johnson.
New contract offers have been made to Jack Hunt, Massimo Luongo, Nathaniel Mendez-Laing and Joe Wildsmith.
Loanees Harlee Dean, Lewis Gibson, Tyreece John-Jules, Florian Kamberi, Bailey Peacock-Farrell, Olamide Shodipo and Jordan Storey return to their parent clubs.
Sheffield Wednesday would like to thank all departing players for their services and wish them well for the future.

Ok … anyone got any insider info?
Or picked up on lower league teams announcing one? -
To be fair to DC - he’s always readily acceptable nothing is guaranteed in football. He always said we cut our cloth accordingly and have to accommodate a restructure based on league position. Accounts show wages falling and will have done again. Loans are the way forward for most League 1 clubs and we’re no different. Playing good football in front of big crowds should give us an edge to get the better players one hopes.

Knew a fair few in their end Friday … of course some will be on our end .. but not grouped together.

I never gave it but it got picked up for me - but when same guy said he’ll pick it up for me this time he said he needed permission - I suspect they will have a record of purchases to check

After the drama of last year with late accounts and unpaid wages, the Owls appear to be on top of things this time around, but the financial effects of the pandemic were clear to see as they saw their match receipts and associated turnover pretty much halved as it fell to £7,894,000 from £15,123,000 – meaning that the loss for the year - before taxation - is £25,780,000, even more than the £24,084,000 that was lost in 2020.
Another major talking point from the document released today is that wages and salaries at the club fell dramatically from £30,036,000 to £21,135,000 - falling by almost £9m following the exits of many players last summer, and that specific fee is set to fall off a cliff completely in the next round of accounts given the further exits that followed relegation into League One.

Note: I've also posted this on the ticket page thread.
Got ours just after 9AM but some weirdness about it. Was under time pressure so rushing after first set of four went from under me whilst I was adjusting our status to the chosen seats and got an error message at the end. Start again. Got second set instead BUT then faced a mandatory choice of tick box options: Post or Print at Home! Obviously neither applied but tell that to the machine. Ticket P at H and confirmed, got confirmation screen. Done! Afterwards got the usual confirmatory email - all as expected - but noticed it had got attachments: four tickets!
It's let me print them off as PDFs and they have all the correct personal and seat details as booked BUT the stadium drawing with numbered sections shown is Hillsborough! The seat details are Sunderland. We'll still go and ask to collect our tickets as instructed but I do wonder what's going on and if it'll cause a problem.
BTW, does anyone know if only the one who paid is allowed to collect tickets at Hillsborough usually or if any of the four named on the tickets with ID can do it, (usually)?
Same situation selected print at home as they said would not send out so why pay £1 to pick up … got email with PDF print lol… annoying thing is can’t collect till sell out makes it tricky for me but will get them collected.

They think 35% of Sunderland season ticket holders have yet to buy
-
Playing MK in semi’s we’d expect our MK resident to be running an alternative ticket office!
Any of our Geordie contingent able to pull a previous buying history out of blue and bagged 500 tickets lol
Huge game Friday packed house at theirs or at least 42K+ and maybe 33.5k at ours - shame we can not fit 2k on bottom of Lep and give 3.3k we can seek in top tier to us.

I recall the absolute buzz around the ground when we played Leeds live on ITV .. place was rocking ..
