An apology doesn't really cover what they paid for tickets and travel. Any who couldn't make other arrangements and those that did pay extra should be refunded for the amount due by the company. Very much doubt 2 coaches broke down at the same time either.

Have to agree . Any decent travel Company would have a Plan B which usually meant a cross hire from another coach company
