Skamp Posted January 20, 2024 Posted January 20, 2024 Decent read https://www.theguardian.com/football/2024/jan/19/jeff-stelling-sky-sports-soccer-saturday-chris-kamara-football?fbclid=IwAR38QImC7G0fClJaq9W7V8LsgV7SKMqRqvSTuq19Q0id6oz7P2iq7rf4dug Quote
mkowl Posted January 20, 2024 Posted January 20, 2024 Slightly more eloquent than Joey Barton but reverts to the same thing In the clamour to hit diversity targets, broadcasters are basically compromising quality to achieve that Quote
HoylandOwl Posted January 20, 2024 Posted January 20, 2024 That’s a good read, thanks for sharing Skamp. Quote
Tylluan Posted January 20, 2024 Posted January 20, 2024 As an aside I've just started reading Kamara's latest biography that deals with his apraxia. It's a very interesting read. Deals a lot with the racism he's encountered as well Quote
Skamp Posted January 20, 2024 Author Posted January 20, 2024 (edited) Kamara lives near my eldest daughter and shares the same birthday as me. Just saying. Edited January 20, 2024 by Skamp Quote
