Under the current set up rules B teams can only run alongside Cat 4 academies or no academy so if Huddersfield want a Cat 3 they'll either have to run the B as a totally separate entity (meaning no B team 1st team crossovers) or get the rules changed. Brentford relaunched a Cat 4 in July because UEFA have a criteria that you must have a Cat 3 to take part in Europa Conference League or above.
