Disagree about Lee, there was nothing wrong with his injury record until Carlos ran him into the ground.
Not so - he had injury problems at Man Utd that's why he ended up playing fullback at Oldham which was a less demanding role . Things finally caught up with him but not helped by Carlos bringing him back too early and over using him

Allways said that but it starts with BIg Ron . Big Ron worked to a formula, tried and trusted players that are going to give you 3/4 years by which time he has moved on. Francis carried on the same way but this coincided with the inception of the PL when all of a sudden a mediocre squad player that might have cost £500k now costs £3/4 mill, we could not compete and got ourselves in a mess ,the rest is history

Hull now looking at former Hamburg manager Tim Walters- SKY Sports
Only been to Hull once Boxing day many years ago we were 4-1 up but in true Wednesday fashion we drew 4-4 . Sam Ellis scored his only goal penalty I think

Danny Rohl 7-1 for hull job 🙄
Never going to happen , the only championship teams that could afford to buy out his contract are those with parachute payments Burnley and Luton have stuck by their manager and the Pigs are skint . my money is on a Bundesliga side but not till after christmas
-
Article in todays Times sports section about Wrexham - apparently their fans and players hate the Pigs so much so that their X/Twitter went into meltdown when they were spanked 8-0 by Newcastle. All to do with the Pigs player attitude when they met in the cup

We have a Megastore??????????

It started in the 70s which coincided with the veterans of WW2 retiring . Most had gone straight in to work from the forces so that occupied them . As soon as they started to retire the problems began to start

New breed of accountants who will avoid the term ‘accountant’ like the plague so they can be down with the hipsters.
As opposed to the more traditional sort like me and mk who have been doing it far too long to be impressed with that sort of nonsense.
Come across a few in my time but they never seem to last , allways looking for the next big deal that never quite comes off

Auditors a bit strange, refer to themselves as " a holistic business advisory firm " , seems more about selling finance and finincial advice rather than accounting

Seems the Coventry deal didn’t fall through because of money. Game time guarantees more of an issue.
According to " stalk " it was because we could not agree a sell on fee percentage . West Ham wanted 50%

I think this bloke now goes into the file marked, 'If only'. It already contains Sam Hashimi / Samantha Kane / Charles Kane, (or whatever he's called this week), who came within an ace of becoming their owner: the Iraqi multiple sex change businessman. (No-one would notice nowadays!)
Also Reg Brearley, the actual owner, who India apparently wanted to be extradited over alleged problems with his firms pension fund there. (Just from memory.)
And whatever the one after him was called, who fled overseas to apparently avoid legal issues and became a fugitive. (Memory ditto.)
Sam/ Samantha was never a serious contender , he was a front for Reg Brearley to force fraudster Paul Woolhouse's hand . Woolhouse kept telling Brearley he wanted to buy them but never came up with the money so his hand was forced and his scrap company's funds disappeared

Today's main headline is half a headless photo of Carlton Palmer with the story line he is moving to Portugal . If that is the main interest in Sheffield today - lord help us
