  1. Have you done it? I couldn't resist but I did Plymouth, Brum and Sunderland as a home win treble which came out at just over 20/1. That 14/1 is TTP a bit as from those 3 games there's 27 possible outcomes and only in one outcome do we get relegated. The only reason I did it is I know that I'll stiff the bet by doing it so we're home and dry.
  2. I hope this is the account that posted the original clip and I sincerely hope the Dad and Lad are having the Sunday they both richly deserve.
  3. Right there, in a 9 second clip we show you what is fundamentally wrong with this country. A so called father sets his son up to insult someone, videos it, takes to social media in an attempt to drop the Chairman in the shit. The father thinks he's some sort of hero for doing so as well. I honestly can't get my head around how stupid this bloke is.
  4. Yep, already done it mate but the treble actually pays 20.25/1 with Coral. The bet has been placed which makes our survival guaranteed.
  5. Brilliant Wednesday, great finish to the season whatever eventually happens and a fantastic win today, just need to not lose to the Makems next week which we have every chance of doing. Could even be enough already, Huddersfield are as good as down and Plymouth and Birmingham both at home and needing to win against top sides, going to be a long week this is. A massive 16/1 against the drop now, wonder how much a Birmingham and Plymouth home double would pay, just for the sake of a bit of insurance to get us over the line as I'm so unlucky with the bookies. 7.4/1 For Plymouth and Brum home double next week.
  6. The more I study the table and the remaining fixtures the less I know what'll happen. But what I do know is that table would look really sick bar for that fantastic result v Blackburn and coming off their recent result away at Leeds as well. So, just to reiterate, a full house, 3 points nearer survival, possibly good enough, the players will be up for this again. C'mon Wednesday. Carpe Diem.
  7. He was trying not to catch the ball or pick it up and concede a free kick due to the back pass. Unfortunately for him he'd put too much spin on the ball. There was a split second when he had the chance.
  8. Well it looked a lost cause at various points throughout the season, but here we are with a great chance. What better motivation could the players want, 7000 supporters and a win to drag our backsides out of the bottom 3. Just put a shift in lads and get us them 3 points please. C'mon Wednesday.
  9. Pretty controversial from Martinez there as well in the penalty shootout. He got a yellow during the game, and got another yellow after the first or second pen was taken for shenanigans with the crowd but didn't get sent off. Yellows during the game don't roll over into the penalty shootout apparently, every days a school day isn't it.
  10. God, you all got me feeling old now, I was at this one, FA Cup 1966, watch Fantham glide past the defender and David Ford scoring twice. Yes, a 1-2 win could be on the cards. They'd all refuse to play on that surface these days.
  11. Yes. They're knee deep I reckon. Maybe a little less. Upper shin maybe?
