    Boxing day is a bank holiday and officially classed as the first working day following Christmas Day. Hence Saturdays and Sundays were 'technically" ruled out. No one cares anymore though and so it's called Boxing Day whenever.

    I'm in no way defending Mrs Brown's Boys but you don't have to watch it if you don't want. There's a zillion other channels to choose from, granted a large number are showing repeats of Mrs Brown's Boys though.

    I'd like to on place record my appreciation of DM. Yes he was involved partly in our relegation and then fucked up autos and a record points tally but he gave us that 2nd leg and the 120+ minute at Wembley. We'll never know what close season could have brought but we are where we are. He has my best wishes
