HoylandOwl
Has anyone seen the below? It’s an interesting little snippet, especially when asked about getting stick from fans. It looks like it does/has affected him to me, his answer isn’t as fluid or as relaxed as the parts about the game. I might be reading too much into it, but, I’d say giving players dogs abuse (I know not all do) doesn’t motivate in the slightest.
Reesh
More on the original piece here https://www.thestar.co.uk/sport/football/sheffield-wednesday/sheffield-wednesday-man-opens-up-on-fan-criticism-and-his-desire-to-perform-3857112 Interesting stats within that 14 goals or assists in just over 50 games, now that's a contribution.
HoylandOwl
I'll admit, I was disappointed in him at parts of last season. However, I was more incensed at the manager playing him at centre back, which isn't Johnson's fault. His delivery at times is first rate, and he reminds me of Chris Brunt in that, he's not blessed with pace but at times (not as many as Brunty) his left foot CAN be a wand.
