Would love to know who DR is using for his European scouting network because they're just as proficient as the back room and it's all being done extremely efficiently. 

I know he didn't use Opti last season for the stats stuff

Mayeb that's given us the edge on certain transfers. 

If most other clubs use th same data, they'll inevitably be chasing the  same pool of players
