You could look at it from another, critical, viewpoint. We've brought only a handful through to the first team over a prolonged period. It's been said by others on other posts, the academy hasnt been pulling up trees and producing quality for many years. The fact that no gems other than Vardy, even though he was a long burn after we let him go, is positive in some respects as there are no what ifs.
