I don’t mind his team at all to be honest.

Bringing Francis in as a player was a shrewd move by Ron, even at the age he was. 

He was just too naive as a manager and his later punditry possibly showed that as well.

Francis was quality, his impact in the second half of games was something else on many occasions. That cut inside and cross to Hirsty…. Seemed to happen over and over, and work too.
