We’ve all had our ‘interruptions’ during match days by the constabulary. It’s often said they treat football fans with as much disdain as possible, regardless of their actions, good or not so. 

Well it’s hardly surprising when they use sweeping generalisations like this.

Policing of fans is awful, and has been for years. While people often give short shrift to the footballing authorities, it has to be said they’re trying constantly to make it more of an inclusive sport for people to watch. Yet, those policing the games remain stuck in the 70s/80s.
