Had a lovely little wander about with the missis and one of the kids, and the dogs this morning in the glorious weather. Got my head into the studies this afternoon, stopped to watch the footy… finishing the evening off with a pint.

Surprised about taking the option on Neymarv, he did VERY well by and large under DR. But didn't think we'd keep him around due to his age.

So DR has been away, is back next week IIRC. And there has been talk of things being quite cordial already, so those are underway….
re the players? I’m guessing contracts. Well that’s happening now…yes the latter COULD have happened early, but not being certain what division we were going to be in can always have a bearing on that…
As for dialogue with the fans, well, he’s damned if he does, damned if he doesn’t. While communication hasn’t been sparkling, it doesn’t matter what he says anymore. I genuinely think aside from the ‘tell the world he’s selling up’ which some people want, nothing else would suffice anyway for some folks.
