    The excitement amongst our fans prior to kick off at Selhurst suggested a lot thought the title was a distinct possibility..... I certainly did.....weirdly the only other thing I can remember about that day is not being able take a bottle of pop in by a steward that looked like Mr Baxter from Grange Hill.....even down to the tracky bottoms he was wearing....oh and it was bloomin cold on that terrace.....

    Must admit...I would've expected HHSL.... Just seen he's playing the City Hall...as Hirsty's said.....the Royal Albert Hall (twice!)...and Symphony Hall in Brum to name but a few......he must have a hell of a loyal following.....and here's me thinkin ge would be on the small venue/pub circuit....

    Edgy....we can win, lose or draw and still claim a play off spot....it's strange being 4th, 2pts clear of 7th with a decent (matchin) goal diff....but it can still turn to shit....we just need to match or better Wycombe's result.....I'd fancy us against any of em in the play offs.....

    I'll put it down to a generational thing....I kind of agree with you but he he had to pick the best players he had.....we would have all done that....but he said that unaware he was being recorded.....which in a way makes it worse...he said what he felt.... Look, these are different times....what he said would have been brushed off in the 70's, 80's and early 90's....but society quite rightly has moved on and comments like "lazy n******" is quite rightly outrageous.

    We need 4 wins....to make sure we're not on that list....that means 4 consistent enough performances.....under DM we haven't done that....he WILL tinker....he WILL overthink it....he WILL treat all the sides like they're Man City.....we WILL concede unnecessary possession.....there WILL be inexplicable lapses in concentration.....so basically we need to rely on the opposition having off days over those 4 games.....under current form....we ain't gonna be consistent.....lap o' the gods!

    Was at a mates place near Wapping before lockdown....he's massive Bowie fan....he took us down the road to Brixton just to see the mural.....which was alright but apparently they were going to build a permanent memorial statue there...the lightening bolt from Ziggy.....bit o useless Bowie info...!
