Agree re his comments after the Fletcher question and yes I think he will be sending a lot of loanees back if he can. He will already know which players that could apply to so plenty of time to line up what I am sure will be improvements.

I largely agree, although potentially the negative impact on the players looking at the table potentially added pressure, a situation we are clearly in again.

Let's not forget pro players at our level 'know their onions largely' the dressing room is key, always has been and always will be, the team ethic and message has to align between coaches etc and players, much like any other walk in life.

That's such a poor interview from Xisco. I was working and didn't watch but from all that's been said, a game of 2 halves and slightly worse than us on paper and away from home middlesbrough (carrick) managed to regroup and see a way to get right back into the game.
