I'm actually excited about Röhl.
I hope he is excited about being here.

A better idea for a thread would be, "Who in the World Would Want to Manage SWFC?" ...

'don't enter if easily offended'
I'm assuming this has been posted at every entrance to Hillsborough ...?

I'm a little underwhelmed as well but we've had worse.

I'm pretty well gutted.

Ok, was anyone else wondering why DM didnt have on a Wednesday shirt of some kind?
lol
Jus me?
I don't recall a time this year when he didn't have one on. I'm a little superstitious and that kind of thing had me worried.
UP THE OWLS!

Since 2015 we are 1 - 1 - 2 vs OU.
We drew 0 - 0 back in December last year when I think we all felt like going into the match we'd win...
I'm pretty sure none of us know what to expect today so...
I hope Dawson is back in good graces with DM and we pick up a 2 nil win!
UP THE OWLS!
START DAWSON !

So what are peoples thoughts on this.
I know many on here obtain content from this Internet lark with the aid of a magic stick of fire. Presumably at some stage if a streaming giant comes on board like DAZN then they are going to attempt to secure their IP. To be honest I have no idea if that is feasible
Part of me does have divided views. I certainly enjoy the ability to see the 3pm kick offs, I certainly think away games should be made available
But at the same time do we pander to the armchair fan too much. It will, in time, categorically start to impact on match day attendances. Nothing beats live in the stadium football, but I promise its not really worth 4 hours in the car and freezing your nuts off. But that would become the norm
For the EFL does short term gain become long term pain
Gotta wonder how that would affect the iFollow crew...

Brilliant.
By the by, I love this season but I hate that we are doing this in League 1 instead of the Championship or the Prem.
League 1 problems ammi right?

So anyone got any idea what Windass and Pompy gaffer Mousinho were mouthing at each other about?

It's not an argument about free speech, though is it.
Not really.
Its whether what he said broke the terms of his employment at the BBC, and it was found that he did.
Clarkson said something awful but he said it in an article for which he is employed and which had been reveiwed and published by his employer, so he couldn't be sacked
Well he tweeted his thoughts on his own platform - his personal account on Twitter, - not on the BBC.
That is a violation of his free speech, no?
The calls for objectivity and impartiality (from the BBC) would be a little more credible had the current chairman of the BBC not himself previously donated £400,000 to the Conservative Party and had also facilitated a loan (of around £800,000) to the disgraced former Prime Minister, Boris Johnson.

Fuck me. A Yank telling the Brits what to do on immigration.
Yeah, I am aware of the irony.
I'm not telling you, or anyone, what to do about immigration.

Nobody will present it or provide punditry as the programme will simply concentrate on the football.
Could be interesting if no-one gives a shit and like the new format.
For some strange reason NBC tired this with the NFL many years ago and it was awful.
I agree with Lineker...

Some of Ross Wallace’s comments after retiring, on a podcast I think it was, were less than complimentary about us.
Serioulsy?
Dang , he was my fave when he was with us.
Run in and second half of the season.
