Barbie fans moaning that Oppenheimer as been nominated for more Oscars than the pink, plastic doll.

    Let's think about this.

Gritty, reality of a true event that makes us all a bit uncomfortable vs a plastic toy that makes girls under 8 feel good.

Only this generation can think the second is more important than the first.

Surprised they've not called out the  'white, male privileged race that nuked the fuck out of some foreigners'.  Not be long I guess.

    More lefty bollox as per.

No wonder they're leaving left, right & centre

    £1600 for 56 hours = £28.57 an hour.

    Average hours per week = 40 = £1142.80

Average hours per month = 160 = £4571.20 per month after tax.

Or £54,854.40 a year after tax.

    Do they have any vacancies?

...how did Gordon Brown become PM?

    Tony gave him the nod.

Whoever wins, the first priority is ensuring that Starmer and growler don't get anywhere near power.

    Work to do.

It will be her vs Sunak in my opinion, I thought she’d get it on the news of his resignation

    I’m sticking by it

Her vs Sunak or Truss vs Sunak is the most likely outcome according to polls.

Her vs Truss, I wouldn't like to put money on.

  5. There are some rumours doing the rounds that Sunak's entourage are trying to get Jeremy Hunt and Rishi as the final two candidates. This would suit Sunak knowing that the Tory membership wouldn't touch Hunt with a barge pole (had to read that several times for errors)

Penny Mordaunt for me, she is a centrist with a touch of Rule Britannia and a firm Brexiteer. If not her, I'm struggling. You need someone you can trust, and someone who is true to their word. Steve Bruce as the reserve candidate then.

  6. The LIV Tour is only just taking off, it looks like it will be huge.

Strong rumours Tiger Woods was offered $900,000,000 to join and refused. That's right, just shy of a billion dollars.

Dustin Johnson $120,000,000 and joined. Winnings are extra.

Quite a few more big names are considering it, two more confirmed but no fees mentioned.

Football isn't financially in the same league as golf at the very top.

PS, I'm available if anyone from the LIV tour is reading this thread. I'm fairly cheap too.

    Therein lies the problem.

Ben Wallace's name has been mentioned several times.

Waste of time calling for one now. When he wins (and he will) then another one can't be called for a year.

If they wait till the beginning of July then there's two bi-elections to come in current conservative held seats and Labour are expected to take Wakefield and Lib Dems might take Tiverton, which has been Tory since God was a boy.

If they lose those two then more Boris backers might begin to think again, in regards to their own seats if Boris is still there come the next general election

Boris won't be there come the next election.

Now is not the time to be changing Prime Ministers.

The thought of Starmer and his merry band of lefty loons appals me, so Boris has to go at some point before May 2024.
