Neville Facking Bartos
So, we know the final is Saturday 21st May but have the semi final legs been finalised yet? Also, just for fun, who are the 4 that will be fighting it out? I'm going for Rotherham Plymouth Wednesday Sunderland Final - Wednesday Vs Rotherham with Wednesday comfortably beating Rotherham 1
Reesh
The EFL have been surprisingly unhelpful, read on a Sunderland forum that Quote Unfortunately, the League One Play Off Semi Final dates are not yet confirmed, these dates cannot be announced until participating Clubs are decided. We can confirm that provisionally both legs of the League One Semi-Finals are due to take place between 7 and 14 May, however specific dates won’t be confirmed until the end of the season. Once dates are finalised, they will be available on the key dates page of our website.! Think the 4 will be 3rd Rotherham 4th Plymouth 5th Wednesday 6th Oxford

They're taking 13,000 down on Sunday. New York home end only holds 9,500. I think after the pizza cup distraction Rotherham will scrape through in 2nd place as Wigan finish 1st. Mk and Plymouth will stay 3rd and 4th and we'll finish 5th. If I was an Oxford fan I'd be worried about the run in. They've got to play Plymouth and Rotherham away and Sunderland and Mk at home. If Sunderland win that then I can see them nicking 6th, although they also have to play Plymouth and Rotherham

M42Owl
I can see Rotherham’s season fizzling out with them being caught by MK, maybe even Plymouth as well, but they’ve just lost their top scorer. 3 - Millers 4 - Plymouth 5 - Oxford 6 - Wednesday. Owls get revenge over Oxford at Wembley for the regular season double. I fancy our chances against any of the current top five teams, except Plymouth. I don’t fancy a trip down there again. Andyben
Moore out... Wrote a post and lost it about the switch by Moore, who'd effectively done a Dave Jones on himself to get us 'over the line'. Tank_Owl2,0
My only concern if we get into the playoffs (apart from injuries and Moore dicking about with the team selection) will be meeting Plymuff in the semis. We’ve not exactly excelled against them this season even though we did beat them at home and a long trip down there mid week ain’t no fun. Im not saying we can’t beat them just that they’ve picked up recently and been a bit of a tough one this season. I’m pretty chilled about anyone else and even facing Plymouth in the final. At least they’d bring a few unlike the mini-pigs. Edited April 2, 2022 by Tank_Owl2,

Otto_Man
We must be a right pain in the arse for some of these other teams you know. Realistically if you're going up through the play offs you're likely to have to face us at some point, but when would you want to? Obviously not the final because, unless you're Sunderland, we'll just massively out number you and if it's the semi's, when do you want us? Hillsborough first? Fuck that, you risk being out of the game at "half time", but then if you're at home in the first leg, the pressure is massively on because you've got to get something cos you're getting turned over at Hillsborough...😉 Edited April 2, 2022 by Otto_Man

Kiwi Owl
I would gladly take any of those clubs The only thing I ask for is that Darren Moore gets forced to watch the away leg play off match between us and Huddersfield so that he understands how not to approach a play off match No way would I want us going to the first leg playing for a 0-0 if we finish 3rd or 4th. owl71
I just did the league one predictor, giving us wins in both home games and draws in all three away. We finished 5th and get Sunderland, with MK playing Plymouth. Wigan finished on 100 points. Donnie, Gillingham and Morecambe were the other relegated teams. Reesh
6 wins from 20 away, that is why we are fighting for the play offs and not autos. Having a game in hand over Wycombe could be a god send but we must avoid dipping at theirs too.
