It does. He’s a high ranked medical professional, he’s also been very anti-Islam publically in terms of Germany.

Was a couple of armed police wandering about couple of days ago on the moor then up towards peace gardens area. Think it's more to reassure the public

Obviously we'll never know how many attacks the presence of armed police have prevented but it appears to me to be as effective as those planes dropping water on forest fires.

Looks good but there's so much area to cover that it's almost impossible to contain anything that has the wind or intent behind it.

Our Police/ Security Service Intelligence is usually pretty good better than most of Europe . The Belgian Police get their info from our Security services as theirs is so bad . The Germans are completely clueless just waking up to the consequenses of their actions or lack of them . Plus  for historical reasons are reluctant to demonise  minorities . The Missus was on a train in Germany last year when a group of so called assylum seekers refused to pay , the conductress gave up arguing with them and later said to the missus they do it all the time 

However good the prevention is you cannot legislate for the lone nutter
