HoylandOwl Posted November 21 Posted November 21 Just been told by a site member the site has been down for them for a few days. I think it’s linked to just jumping to our main forum, but not sure… If anyone has had any intermittent issues in accessing the site, please let me know about what happened etc Quote
HoylandOwl Posted November 21 Author Posted November 21 Also, if you’re aware of anyone else having issues but obviously can’t see this, please ask them to email me admin@owlsonline.com Quote
Reesh Posted November 21 Posted November 21 Sometimes when I've come onto the site it is saying forum error but clicking the Owlsonline badge it goes to the main page no issues 1 Quote

M42Owl Posted November 21 Posted November 21 I’ve had, and still have, issues accessing the site. I thought some upgrade work was being undertaken - even though it seemed to be taking some time. clicking on the icon I have saved for opening OO I get the message attached. But I did find that clicking on the notifications icon at the top right of the page, then clicking the latest notification got me in. Quote
mkowl Posted November 21 Posted November 21 On the Desktop I have to sign every time, it is not saving the log in details Quote
Hirstys 12th Pint Posted November 21 Posted November 21 I have the site bookmarked on my work laptop and get the below. I click on sign in and takes me straight in. Quote

MAL Posted November 21 Posted November 21 I don't know whether that was me, I contacted the site about the site on a mobile phone, then said hire i solved it. This was the page I got. Quote
MAL Posted November 21 Posted November 21 I solved the above by deleting the way i opened the site, then renewed it, works okay now. The other little problem i have had for a while is... When i have read all the threads and posts on "The Haigh & Wright Suite" it still shows as there are something in there to read, i have to click the left "Mark All as Read" emblem Quote

The URL (web address for the non tech minded) that you have saved for the main forum page has changed, and I don't think it's redirecting you to the right place. Change your bookmarks to this.... https://www.owlsonline.com/forum/19-the-haigh-and-wright-suite/ 1 Quote

Owling_Wolf Posted November 21 Posted November 21 Think that's the 'error' type message I had today or yesterday on phone. (Can't remember which.) I just tapped on it and it cleared and opened as usual. Never thought of it afterwards. Quote

HoylandOwl Posted November 21 Author Posted November 21 Just to be sure... Change your bookmark for this forum to - - https://www.owlsonline.com/forum/19-the-haigh-and-wright-suite/ This should take that initial error away Quote
