Other than reading stuff online and listening to about just over an hour of the game on Friday, I’ve seen nowt as I’ve been away for the weekend….

Was it as bad as I read? Are people REALLY questioning DR’s approach? Or is it just usual online drivel? (Yes, I appreciate the irony of this being online)

On here mate, I think we're just questioning why not a more cautious approach against Leeds and why no change at half time. We're not slaughtering him like other sites have.

Most of us agree it's a case of lets see who comes in this week and if there's a change in philosophy for certain games after the break.

Thanks Ty.
I’m looking forward to watching tomorrow night, as much as I’m of course disappointed that I didn’t go on Friday regardless of the result…

Spoke to a Leeds pal of mine who said they battered us, and daft as it may seem, he’s not one of their knuckle draggers and can hold a decent football conversation too. He was surprised as anything by us, pre game he didn’t think they would score!

It took them about 20 mins to find 2nd gear and in that time we looked good, though watching the game again on Sky maybe their sluggishness made us look good. Problem was even though we played some nice football we didn't stretch them and it was as if they suddenly thought 'hold up, we can have these' and just accelerated. Their passing was crisper, their movement sharper, and we didn't readjust to counter that.

West Brom dug in from the off and soaked everything up until Leeds ran out of ideas and turned it into a bore draw but they got a point out of it. We turned out like we did against Plymouth and you'd have thought Sunderland walking through our middle might have had a rethink for this game but for whatever reason it didn't.
